He was predeceased by: his parent Lorene Ramsey (Dawson); his brother Ramsey, Jr. (Cowboy); his wife Gay Ramsey (Murphy); and his daughter Carol Ramsey. He is survived by: his sisters, Lucille Bloess of Sedalia and Betty Spence of Kirkwood; his grandson Matt Creason; and his sons, Richard Ramsey (Jane) and Daryl Ramsey.
