She is survived by: her spouse Johnnie Myles Rutledge; her son Sean Rutledge (Lashun) of Parma, Missouri; her siblings, William Albert Bell (Vera) of New Madrid, Missouri and Charlene Kelly (James) of Chicago, Illinois; her grandson Myles Thomas Rutledge; her siblings, James Sylvester Bell, Ozella Johnson and Mary Helen Johnson; and her grandson Thomas Joe Rutledge. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
