He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Waters; his children, Travis Johnson of Killeen, Texas, Durall Waters of Parma, Missouri, Derekis Johnson of Indiana, Jusdin Waters of Parma, Missouri, Gabriel Waters of Parma, Missouri, Sherina Perkins of New Madrid, Missouri, Jasmine Morgan of Sikeston, Missouri and Anna Waters of Sikeston, Missouri; his siblings, Freddie Latimore (Jennifer) of St. Louis, Missouri, Art Lee Waters Jr. of Sikeston, Missouri, John Waters (Tamela) of Cape Girardeau, Misssouri, Kenneth Waters (Carolyn) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Ray Waters Sr. (Umeka) of New Madrid, Missouri, Larry Waters Sr. of Parma, Missouri and Sylvia Waters of Sikeston, Missouri; and his friends, David BoBo, Big Lee and Theo. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
