With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvie Lee Carter of Parma, Missouri, born in Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on July 18, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hubert Harold and Ledie Bell Freeman Carter; his wife Frances Mae Nordin; his sons, Mickeal Lee Carter of Bernie, Landall Ray Carter (Dawna) of Dexter and Darrell Gene Carter of Malden; his grandchildren, Luke Carter, Abby Owens, Ross Carter, Kyle Carter, Summer Dunkin and Natalie Delahunt; and his sisters, Virginia Copeland (Leon) of Poplar Bluff, Alberta Hicks, Corriane Berry and Linda Gilmore. He was also cherished by ten great-grandchildren.
