He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Vernon and Opal McWilliams (Umfleet). He is survived by: his wife Delores McWilliams (Degonia); his children, Melissa Madry (David) of Park Hills, Kevin McWilliams of Texas and Gary Holley of Fredericktown; his grandchildren, Blake, Jerrad, Jason and Tiffany; and his brothers, Richard and Ron McWilliams of Park Hills. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
