He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howell and Lula Frances Howell (Graves); and his siblings, Otis Howell and Claria Mae Monfee. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Howell (Thomae); his children, Kenny, Larry Howell and Barbara; his grandchildren, Katie Howell and Thomas Larry Howell II; and his great grandchildren, Jason, Evan, Alex and Chelsea.
