She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Augustus and Rachel Millie Gunn (Zolman); her husband Walter Ellsworth Cook; her grandson Dr. Curt Cook; and her sister Donie Hammerschmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Wood (Gene) of Bonne Terre, Ronald Cook (Willa) of Ormond Beach, FL and Walter Dale Cook (Linda) of Deepwater. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces.
