He was predeceased by: his father Joe Kramer; his wife Sandy; and his brothers, Charles and Robert Kramer. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Burns (Chad) of Park Hills, Alicia Hayes (John) of Park Hills and James "Bobby Joe" Kramer (Nichole) of Park Hills; his siblings, Betty Ragsdale (Dave), Danny Kramer (Peggy), Mike Kramer (Vida), Teresa Johnson (Wayne), Karl Kramer (Debbie), Brenda Dalton (Jim) and Ruby Hatridge (John); and his niece Laura Wade (Chad). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
