It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Rowland (Park Hills, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 5, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Richard Miller, Jerry Miller, Joe Miller and Norma Gene Curtis. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy D. Rowland of Park Hills; her children, Cheryl Garcia of St. Louis and Raymond Martin Jr. of St. Louis; her stepdaughter Brenda Harper of Warren; her grandchildren, Jennifer Martin, Christian Martin and Kaitlyn Martin; her great grandchildren, Nikolai Pominov, Isaiah Martin and Arianah Martin; and her siblings, Aubrey Miller of St. Louis and Glen Miller of Pevely.
