He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sirclum and Freda Sirclum; his sons, Michael Todd Sirclum and Raymond Sirclum, Jr.; and his brothers, Jim Sirclum and Donnie Sirclum.
He is survived by: his daughter Regena Skaggs (Richard) of Park Hills; his grandchildren, Teaonna Steinmetz (Spencer) of Park Hills, Raymond Sirclum of Springfield, Aaron Sirclum of Desloge and Brittany Halbrook (Tylar) of Farmington; his great grandchildren, Maddyson, Ryley, Braydon Steinmetz of Park Hills and Acia Halbrook of Farmington; his daughter-in-law Lisa Sirclum of Park Hills; and his former wife Virginia "Jenny" Sirclum of Farmington. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
