He was predeceased by: his wife Shermadeen; his parents, William Farmer and Grace Farmer; and his siblings, Rhonda McGuire, Laverne Davis, Ray Farmer, Fay Stringer, Grace Irene Harris, John Farmer, Clyde Farmer, Ruth Puckett, William Farmer and Ruby Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Duren (Ralph) of Jefferson City, Rebecca Farmer of Roanoke, Randy Farmer of Valles Mines and Angela Farmer of DeSoto; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Duren (Erin) of Arnold, Justin Duren (Chris) of Jefferson City, Julia Salik (Horace) of Ogden, Jessica Duren, Jenna Duren of Jefferson City, Rachel Farmer, Joel Farmer, Laynee Farmer of DeSoto, Aron Farmer (Samantha) of Ft. Leonard Wood and Emily Farmer of Roanoke, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, Randel requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
