She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Nelson and Beulah Nelson (Webb); her husband William Ray "Bill" Moss; and her siblings, Berneva DeNoon, Juanita Collier, Burnell Nelson and Maurice Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Moss Jr. (Anne), Mark Moss (Melinda), Tim Moss (Patsy), Jesse Moss (Nila), Matt Moss (Penny) and Phillip Moss (Julie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
