He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Smith and Katie Smith (Guthrie); his wife Clemeteen Smith (White); and his siblings, Lester Smith, Bob Smith and Helen Travelstead.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Smith (Debbie) of Park Hills and Donna Kelsey of Lake Ozark; and his close friend Kevin Geil. He is also survived by son, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
