He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey William Phares and Grace Burg (Ives); his wife Roberta Phares (Hedrick); and his brother-in-law Bill Cain. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Phares (Kristina) of Farmington and Wade Phares (Valerie) of Park Hills; his siblings, Sharon Cain of Potosi, Bonnie Stevens (Mike) of Farmington and James Phares (Rhonda) of Potosi; and his grandchildren, Jazmin and Tyler. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear and special friends.
