He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo George Stegall and Ruth Stegall-Hunt (Patterson); his brothers, Richard and Terry Stegall; and his grandparents, James, Lena Patterson, Charles and Ethel Stegall.
He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Edgar (William); his stepdaughters, Andrea Engler and Hillary Engler; his stepgrandchildren, Jaya Crites, Gage Reeves and Ava Miller; and his sister Faith Stegall-Bender (Dennis).
