She was predeceased by: her parents, Bradley Anderson Payne and Jewell Bonita Payne (Rogers); her husband Richard "Daredevil" Mattingly; her siblings, Billy, Bobby, Earl Payne and Glenna Wilson; and her niece Sheila Rudis.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Mattingly (Jessica) and Terry Mattingly (Angela); her grandchildren, J. T. Suraud, Jaysen Mattingly, Alyssa Mattingly, Justin Mattingly and Brayden Mattingly; her great grandchild Olivia Suraud; and her siblings, Roy Payne (Mary), Betty Campbell (Jim), Larry Payne and Sue Lunsford (Mike).
Memorials, if desired, may be made to Elvins Food Pantry or Belgrade Pentecostal Church of God in Judy's name.
