He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Spradling and Thelma Spradling (Waggner); his brother LeRoy Spradling; his brother-in-law Frank Eaves; and his parents-in-law, Jesse Cunningham and Helen Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Spradling (Cunningham); his children, Angela Spradling of Park Hills, Kerry Spradling (Ann) of Barnhart and Jeff Spradling (J. J.) of Desloge; his grandchildren, Katie Clinton (Alex), Brett Spradling, Drake Spradling, Dylan Spradling and Maggie Spradling; his siblings, Betty Spradlilng Eaves, Charles "Bud" Spradling (Ruth Ann) and Cathy Spradling; and his brother-in-law Paul Cunningham.
