He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Stamper (Coffman); his children, Steven Stamper (Kim) and Sherri DeBlois (Billy); his grandchildren, Logan Jennings (Josie), Holly Stamper and Chelsie DeBlois; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Liam, Bayley and Bethany; and his sister Carole Burt (Ralph). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
