He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Clark and Elsie Clark (Marshall); and his wife Carlotta "Pete" Warren-Clark (Rhodes). He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Warren; and his close friend Donnie Akers (Janet). He is also survived by son; several nieces, nephews and friends.
Family asks memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
