He was predeceased by: his mother Velma Jean Spradling (Martin); his wife Joan Spradling; his stepfather Clarence Richard; his father Harry Eugene Spradling; his stepmother Clara Spradling; and his mother-in-law Helen Schermesseer.
He is survived by: his daughter Theresa Schermesser; his stepson Christopher Schermesser; his granddaughter Helen Weiss; and his siblings, Deborah Richard (Ed), Shelia Portell (John), Patti Harmon and Dennis Spradling. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
