He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gutscher and Shirley Gutscher (King); and his sister-in-law Sharon Gutscher. He is survived by: his wife Penny Gutscher (McBride); his children, Samantha Gutscher of Park Hills, MO, Leon Gutscher of Spokane, MO and Robert Gutscher of Park Hills, MO; and his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Gutscher of Birch Tree, MO and Cheryl (Frank Shoults) of Hartshorn, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
