He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Lorraine DeClue (Kearns). He is survived by: his father Charles B. DeClue of Potosi, Missouri; his son Ryan DeClue of Farmington, Missouri; and his siblings, Walter DeClue of Redford, Michigan and Diane Day of Bonne Terre, Missouri. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great grandchild and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
