He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ethel "Lee" McKay (Bowers); his sons, Barry Wayne McKay and Kevin Ray McKay (Phebe); and his siblings, Alva McKay Jr., Eloyce Barnhart, Gladys Meador (Al) and Joyce Jones. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
