He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephan and Mary Stephan (Kelliey). He is survived by: his wife Eileen Stephan (Huff); his daughters, Kathy Hunt (Steve) and Amy Elizabeth Stephan; his grandchildren, Amanda Marie Lincoln (Timothy) and Anthony Charles Callahan (Amber Dawn Pyeatt); and his great grandchildren, Elsie Dawn, Alyssa Marie, Isabelle Faye Lincoln, Charles Gregory Callahan, Theodore Levi Pyeatt and Cecilia Mae Sue Pyeatt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
