He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Ann Forrester (Mahurin); his wife Sunny Forrester; his children, Kayla Avalos (Christofer), Salena Hawthorn (Tyler), Emily Hanks, Billie Hasty and Summer Hasty; his grandchildren, Saylor Avalos, Laken Hawthorn and Sawyer Avalos; his father Kevin Forrester; his brother Brandon Forrester (Erin); his niece Lauren Forrester; his nephew Kyle Forrester; and his grandfather Frederick "Fritz" Gower.
