He was predeceased by: his son Darrell Perry; and his siblings, Barry, Gordon "Buddy", Noel Kenneth Perry, Marlene Barbee (Howard) and Delores Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Perry (Cash); his children, Mark Perry (Elaine), Keith Perry (Judy), Zachary Adam, Alex Perry and Kyle Perry; and his sisters, Darlene Moore (Perry) and Kay Abram (Perry). He is also survived by two brothers-in-law, Virgil Cash and wife Ruth, Leslie Cash and wife Cleta; many special nieces and nephews.
