She was predeceased by: her parents, Dyer Edward and Amanda Catherine Cox, Sr. (Hasty); her daughter Janet Thomure; and her siblings, Velma Counts, Ruthie Watson, Dorothy Griffin, Pam Spradling and Donald Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Hampton (Tony) and Frank Counts; her grandchildren, Cassi Sitton, Kenny Counts (Courtney), Lauren Hampton, Jaimie Rion, Chris Thomure (Melissa Wade), Kayla Thomure and Payton Counts; her great grandchildren, Kylie, Hailey, Alyssa Sitton, Colten, Maci Rion and Abigail Thomure; and her siblings, Lillie Fenwick, Dyer Cox, Jr., David Cox, Sr., Jimmy Cox, Judy Hooks and Mary Marshall. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and her church family.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
