He is survived by: his wife Mary Holder; his daughters, Debbie Mann (Lowell) of Mexico, MO and Angela (Nolan James) of Kayenta, Arizona.; and his granddaughters, Lilly Mann, Nicole Mann of Mexico, MO, Emma Curtright and Ellee Curtright of Kayenta, Arizona..
