It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Henry Sladek of Paris, Missouri, who passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Henry and Myrtle Sladek (Infield); his wife Dorothy Ann Poole; his granddaughter Chelsea Thornton; and his siblings, Irene Miller (Wayne) and A. J. Sladek (Betty).
He is survived by: his children, Anna Pauline Kuester (Everett) of Prairie Home, MO, Donna Jean Turner (John) of Paris, MO and Robert "Bobby" Henry Sladek II (Anisa) of St. Thomas, MO; his grandchildren, Linda Lackman (Bruce) of St. Thomas, MO, Donald Turner of St. Thomas, MO, Jennifer Turner of Wichita Falls, TX, Brian Kuester (Jessica) of Prairie Home, MO, Chad Kuester (Cassey) of St. Elizabeth, MO, Andrea Kuester of Prairie Home, MO, Robert "Bobby" Henry Sladek III of Denver, CO and Jacob Mesey of Camdenton, MO; his great grandchildren, Kayla Lackman (Cole Kemna), Clara Jo, Dorothy, Levi, Virgil Lackman, Dakota Kuester, Madilyn Kuester, Haleigh Gerke, Abigal Gerke, Nevaeh Kuester, Aamyia Henderson, Corbin, Camilla, Claire, Clay Kuester and Aden Estes; and his nieces and nephews, Delores Sailor, Jerry Miller (Claudia), Brenda Heath (Julian) and Alan Sladek.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Monroe County Cancer Supporters or the Paris Senior Center.
