He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Mouser and Mandy Mouser (Abernathy); and his siblings, McCoy Mouser, Virginia Wood, Elta Barrett, Glenda Angel, William Mouser and Harold Mouser.
He is survived by: his sister Clara Ann Brown (Howard) of Marble Hill, MO. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Memorials may be made to the Agnew Funeral Home to cover final expenses.
