Frances (Fran) L. Wingate Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances (Fran) L. Wingate of Paris, Missouri, born in Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on November 16, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank P. Wingate Jr. of Paris, MO; her parents, LeRoy Minor and Christina Belle DeHaven (Hill); her stepfather Earl DeHaven; her brothers, Wally Minor and Gene DeHaven; her nephew Mike Minor; her great-nephew Kyle Minor; and her close friend Bill Moore.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Maribeth DeHaven and Carleen Robley; her nephew Kirk Minor; and her nieces, Debbie Hamilton, Lori Wingate Arnold, Kim Marshall and Mary Jo Bragg.
In lieu of flowers, and because of Frans' love for children, memorial donations may be made to Christmas is Caring, for help in purchasing toys and clothing for children this Christmas season.
