He was predeceased by: his mother Day. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Fields (Janell) of Killeen, Ronnie Fields (Angie) of Paris, MO, Rob Fields of Kahoka, MO, Mary Grace Fields of Eldon, MO. and Gloria Fields of Eldon, MO.; and his nephews, Cy (Joni), Alex and Austin (Sarah Fields).

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the Paris Lions Club or the Monroe County Gun Club.
