He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Johnson and Mildred Johnson; his parents-in-law, George and Mary Allen; and his brother Charles Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Johnson; his children, Cheryl Bright (George) of Paris, Teresa White (Chris) of Jefferson City and Donald Dean Johnson (Rhonda) of Paris; and his sister-in-law Mary Johnson of Paris. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and spouses, and 13 great grandchildren.
