She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hughes and Ruth Hughes (DeOrnellis). She is survived by: her children, Tommy Wormington (Christina) of Paris, Stacy Kinkade of Jonesburg, Aaron Wormington of Mountain Grove and Brewster Pepper of Centralia; and her sister Diane Wilson (Tracy) of Paris. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
