It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warren Calvin Phelps (Palmyra, Missouri), who passed away on February 14, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Cecil Phelps and Glenna Jane Gobble Phelps; his spouse Elsie Gertrude Franklin Wisehart; his sons, Larry Phelps and Charles Phelps; and his grandson Larry Phelps Jr..

He is survived by: his sons, Donald Phelps (Kathy) of Champaign, IL and Ronald Phelps (Donna) of Holt Summit, MO. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
