He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leo, Mary Jane Rothweiler, Raymond Barnes, Tom and Elva Augsburg.

He is survived by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" Barnes and Mary "Terry" Rothweiler Barnes; his wife Andrea Barnes of Palmyra, MO; his children, Jacob and Ryan Barnes of Palmyra; and his sisters, JoAnne Conoyer (Steve) of Palmyra, MO and Lisa Hirner (Dusty) of Brownsburg, Indiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made for his Children's Education Fund in care of Andrea Barnes.
