She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Welty and Mary Welty (Gillenwater); her husband Harry Eugene Kindhart; her son Charles Albert Kindhart; and her siblings, Alice Harbison, Gayle Welty and Lynn Welty.

She is survived by: her daughter Gina Wingerter (Bruce) of Ava, Illinois; her siblings, Connie Burch (Frank) of Palmyra and Scott Welty of Palmyra; her grandchildren, Brock Wingerter (Sara) of St. Charles, MO, James Kindhart (Jennifer) of Emerson, MO, Brant Wingerter (Amanda) of Carbondale, IL, Britni Wingerter-Carignan of Carterville, IL, Jayson Kindhart of Hannibal, MO, Amber Kindhart of Hannibal, MO and Jeremy Kindhart of Tioga, IL.; and her great grandchildren, Sean Kindhart, Samantha Kindhart of Emerson, MO, Logan Wingerter and Abigail Wingerter of Carbondale, IL..
