He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hathaway; his children, Cheree Bremmer (Dennis) of Palmyra, David Phelps (Cheryl) of Independence, MO, Scott Phelps (Jackie) of Winfield, MO and Kim Muzinski (Scott) of Arlington, VA; his grandchild Courtney Bremmer Nutter (Dennis) of Flagler Beach, FL.; and his great grandchildren, Jarrett, Gabby, Emma, Benjamin, Elizabeth and Morgan.
