It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond E. Bemis (Palmyra, Missouri), born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on May 16, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Dale and Hilda Valentine Heinecke Bemis; and his son Daniel J. Bemis. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Wilson; his children, Tina Seago (Larry) of Palmyra, MO, Ronald Bemis (Jenny) of Palmyra, MO, Donald Bemis (Teresa) of Phoenix, AZ, Michael Bemis (Rachel) of Philadelphia, MO and Tami Bemis (Todd) of Lake; his siblings, Richard Bemis (Virginia) of Warsaw, IL, Subbe Bemis of Spokane, MO and Betty Harris of Monroe City, MO; his grandchildren, Lauren (Kyle), Emily (Josh), Leslie, Yazmin, Gustavo, David, Katie, Brandon, Colby, Destiny, Ashten, Kendra, Lance and Maylie; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Hudson.
