He was predeceased by: his parents, Urban Paul and Zelma Odessa Spalding (James); and his sister Mary Kempf. He is survived by: his wife Norma Spalding; his children, Paula Kroeger (Howard), F. Paul Spalding Jr., Julie Spalding-Willard (Jason) and Kevin Spalding; and his siblings, James Spalding, Ann Walker, Jane Evanhoff (Bob), Dorothy Filkins and Katherine Flynn. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
