She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Belton and Marrietta Canty Belton; her husband Rufus Evans Toomer; and her siblings, Leroy Belton, Wilbur Belton, Nathaniel Belton, Marie Edwards, Louise Haynes and Georgana Deaveaux.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Lavern Johnson (WT) of Palmyra, MO; her siblings, Samuel Belton (Joanne) of Jamaica, NY, Matthew Belton (Carolyn) and Shirley Mae Strothers (George) of Rochester, NY; her grandchildren, Marc Johnson (Lavida), Kimberly Cook (Travis) and Brandi Eyer (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Alexander Eyer, Nicholas Cook, Adia Eyer, Kerrington Cook, Oliver Johnson and Aldin Eyer. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
