She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frazer and Retta Curless Frazer; and her husband Dallas Elliott. She is survived by: her son Mark Elliott (Wendy) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Abbey Hunt (Byron) of New York City and Lilly Zenor (Alex) of Ashburn, VA; her great grandchildren, Rey Leona Hunt and Ezekiel Mackenzie Zenor; and her sister Edna Lucke. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
