It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Harlan (Palmyra, Missouri), born in Hawk Point, Missouri, who passed away on April 5, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Harlan and Emma Cavott Harlan; and his siblings, Sam Harlan, Wilbur Harlan, Ralph Harlan, Howard Harlan, Mildred Littrell, Amberlean Littrell, Helen Baker, Hester Schwartz, Maxine Robnett and Willadean Branham.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Thomas; his children, Cynthia McDowell of Palmyra, MO, Marvin "Butch" Harlan (Dee) of Taylor, MO and Judy Herring (Kevin) of Silex, MO; his sister Imogene Rosey of Quincy, IL; his grandchildren, Tim Webster, Amy Dillon (Richard), Derrick Harlan (Julie), Angie Harlan (Jason), Dan Overly-McDowell (Chris) and Beth McDowell; and his great grandchildren, Payton, Miranda, Levi, Colin, Owen, Allison, Layne and Laikyn.
