It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester E. Boettcher of Palmyra, Missouri, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Boettcher and Lorene Boettcher (Lehenbauer). He is survived by: his children, Rodney Boettcher of Palmyra, Randal Boettcher of Palmyra, Michelle "Shelly" Lehenbauer (Ronald) of Hannibal and Kim Boettcher-Vasquez (Richard) of Sun City, AZ; his brothers, James Boettcher and Archie Boettcher; his grandson Mark Lehenbauer (Amy); his great grandchildren, Kye, Tyne, Emery and Croy; his grandchild Lesley Meier (Greg); his great grandchildren, Tyler and Kara; his grandson Andrew Lehenbauer (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Heidi, Lucy and Ree.
