He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Truman and Anna Mildred Bittleston Foster; and his siblings, Earl, Robert, Jean and Marjorie.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Foster (Carolyn) of Palmyra, Cindy Lurkins (Mike) of Flagstaff, AZ, Raymond Foster (Cammie) of Palmyra, Roger Foster (Tammy) of Palmyra, Judy Martin (Duane) of Palmyra, Bruce Foster (Carolyn) of Palmyra and Dan Foster (Lauren) of Palmyra; his sister Patty Lawler (Dennis) of Brownsville, TX; his grandchildren, Connie, Stephen, Eric, Jason, Mandi Jo, Garrett, Courtney, Sara, Elizabeth, Hannah, Katherine, Jeremy, Melissa, Zachary, Rachel, Sophie, Luke, Logan and Wyatt; and his great grandchildren, Ty, Bryce, Preston, Aubrey, Raegan, Ryleigh, Hannah, Malachi, Storm, Greta, Hugo, Siena, Emma, Matthew, Ali and Aisleigh. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
