We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2023, at the age of 57, Joyce Susannah Meyer of Palmyra, Missouri, born in Hannibal, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Smith and Wanda S. Hays Smith; her husband Ronnie K. Meyer; her brother Byron Smith; and her parents-in-law, Bill and Louise Miller.
She is survived by: her children, April Hess (J. R.) and Jarrod Spurgeon; her grandchildren, Serenity Forbes, Jacolby Hess, Amora Hess, Nolan, Lincoln and Leo Bauman; and her brothers, Randy Smith (Mona) of Hannibal, MO and Dale Smith (Kristy) of Foster, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
