She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy F. Harris and Juanita C. Daly Harris; and her husband Albert "Doc" Bowen. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Bowen (Inge) of Germany and Douglas Bowen (Amanda) of Hannibal, MO; her brother Kenneth Harris (Monta) of Manhattan, KS; her nephew Greg Harris; her niece Nicole Harris; her grandchildren, Katie Smith (Joel), Emma Bowen, Marc Bowen, Christin Bowen and Sharon Shannon; and also Maveryck Smith.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church of Palmyra or to the American Cancer Society.
