He is survived by: his spouse Shelley Clow; his daughters, Amy Maher (Andrew) of Tampa, FL and Amanda Lewis of Fayette, MO; and his siblings, Michael Lewis (Jennifer) of Albuquerque, NM, David Lewis (Gabe) of Palmyra, MO and Anne Raymond (Rob) of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
