It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice M. Baxter of Palmyra, Missouri, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd L. Horton and Grace N. Horton (Lamb); her husband Richard Lee Baxter; her brothers, Larry and Ed Horton; her siblings-in-law, Ralph, Paul Baxter, Erwin Smith, Dan Kirkpatrick, Gratia Kirkpatrick, Betty Baxter, Sig Horton, Colleen Smith and Carmelita Horton; and her niece Dawn Baxter.
She is survived by: her brother Joe Horton (Sally); her sister-in-law Ann Baxter; her children, Tami Edgar (Jim) and Dana Baxter; and her grandchildren, Dana Edgar, Erin Bicknese (Chris), Zach Edgar (Stephanie Brozo), Lee Edgar (Melody), Rory Meyers (Jyssaka), Cody Baxter (Kortne), Danielle McDaniel, Jennifer Baxter and Kati McDaniel. She is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
