He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Elmo and Mary Louise Taylor Sparks; his wife Susan Ann Cramer; and his brother Bruce Sparks. He is survived by: his close friends, Larry Lewis, Larry Monroe and Gary Cook; and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Landon, Kane, Kara, Elizabeth, Chloe, Talea and Sophie. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
